The breakfasts were hearty and savory, always with lots of meals. Peaceful and magnificent location on the Georgetown side of town made it easy to walk to the church and key attractions.

Great location not far from a bus stop, that was handy. It was good to be 1 mile away from Cafe Mada, serving short-orders. The a twin room was quiet, cheap, with a nice bathroom.

It has quiet location short walk to Gergeti church as well as bus station. The rooms are reasonably large and airy and have astonishing view out to the mountains.

The setting is excellent and convenient, really close to beautiful mountains and cafes/restaurants. They have a great selection of meals to choose from, the food is appetizing.

I had a great time staying here for 2 nights, the staff was very welcoming, the mountain views were amazing, the location was peaceful and convenient, and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were airy, and we could park onsite. the location was comfy, adjacent to Gergeti Cathedral, and the hike up to the church and beautiful mountains with an absolutely stunning view from our room over the mountain.

Our stay at Maia's Guest House was fantastic. The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and everything about our experience was great.
